Lark Supper Club
Friday service, from the walk-in to the last table.
A 40-seat supper club wanted a film for the reservation page. We shot one real Friday service with the kitchen’s permission and nobody’s patience.
We arrived at 3 PM for prep and left after the last table. No staged plates: every dish in the film went out to a guest.
The film runs 100 seconds on the reservation page. The kitchen asked for one extra cut for their hiring post.
Thursday tables sold out for eleven weeks after the film went up.
