Terms.
Short version: fixed prices, one named round of changes, and the film is yours the day the last invoice clears.

Scope
These terms cover work we do for you unless a signed proposal says otherwise. The proposal wins.
Money
Fixed prices, quoted before we book. Forty percent holds the date, forty on the first cut, twenty on delivery. Invoices are due in fourteen days.
Revisions
Every package names its round of changes. Further rounds are billed at $95 an hour, agreed in writing first.
Ownership
On final payment the film is yours to use anywhere. Music is licensed for the uses named in the package. Raw footage stays with us for two years, then it is deleted.
Our portfolio
We show finished films on this site and at festivals. Tell us if something is private and it stays off until you say so.
Delays
If feedback stops for more than fourteen days the schedule moves and the current stage is invoiced.
Canceling
Cancel more than 60 days before the shoot and the deposit moves to a new date once. Closer than that, the deposit covers the crew we held for you.
