Fourteen minutes of a Saturday in April.
A courthouse ceremony, a supper under the oaks and a last dance at the Ferris Room. The teaser was on their phones 48 hours later.
Celeste wanted the vows in full and her grandfather’s toast without a single cut. Rafael wanted nothing staged. We planned the day around both.
Two operators stayed on opposite sides of the room all day, and the vows and every toast had their own microphone. Lucia flew the drone for four minutes at golden hour and then put it away.
The 60-second teaser went out 48 hours after the last dance. The full film is 14 minutes, graded warm and mixed so the toasts sit above the band.
